Why Do We Have An Age Restriction
We are a community minded group of stores. We have kids of our own and believe we have the duty to not offer products that are not legal for those under 21 years of age, to minors. It is not illegal for minors to buy adult toys such as vibrators, dildos, lubes, condems and other such items but we do limit our website to those 18 and over for those items.
We do not restict those over 18 from viewing pages they are of legal age to see, we do restrict minors from viewing pages containing smoking items or other items that could potentially be illegal for minors to view and/or purchase.
NOTE: We do not restrict minors from buying sexually related items in our store, we only restrict website access. Those presenting proper state ID in our store showing they are at least 21yrs of age may buy Smoke Shop items, those under 21yrs of age will be permitted to buy sexually related items including condoms as per state law.
